Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms also govern any professional services (e.g., e-commerce development, digital marketing) undertaken by Granth Infotech PVT. LTD. for you, unless a separate, formal Service Agreement or contract is signed, in which case the separate agreement will take precedence.

UI/UX Design (E-paper, application interfaces)
Consulting and Maintenance Services
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost for any service will be defined in a separate written proposal or Statement of Work (SOW).
Client Responsibilities
As a client engaging our services, you agree to:
Provide Timely Feedback: Respond promptly to requests for content, images, approvals, and feedback to prevent project delays.
Furnish Necessary Materials: Provide all required text, images, logos, data, and access credentials necessary for project completion.
Ensure Legal Compliance: Guarantee that any content or materials provided to us do not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
Payment and Billing
Quotation Acceptance: All services are quoted based on a fixed price or an estimated hourly rate, as detailed in the SOW.
Payment Schedule: Projects often require an upfront deposit (e.g., 30-50%) before work commences, with subsequent milestone payments or a final payment upon completion.
Late Payments: Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services and apply a late fee to overdue balances.
Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
Client IP: The client retains full ownership of any text, images, or data provided to Granth Infotech PVT. LTD.
Project IP: Upon full and final payment for a project, the client is granted ownership and all necessary rights to the completed custom design and code.
Our IP: We retain ownership of proprietary tools, methodologies, and general development expertise utilized to complete the service. We also reserve the right to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.
Limitation of Liability
Granth Infotech PVT. LTD. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
The performance or non-performance of our services, except as explicitly stated in the SOW.
Website Usage & Visitor Data
Visitor Comments: When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to aid in spam detection.
